UIET Kurukshetra admissions are provided to a comprehensive four-year full-time undergraduate programme known as B.Tech. Apart from regular admissions, UIET Kurukshetra admission is also provided in the 2nd year of the UIET B.Tech course through a lateral entry scheme for diploma holders.

UIET Kurukshetra BTech Admission Process

Candidates first have to meet the UIET Kurukshetra admission eligibility criteria and appear for JEE Main, conducted by NTA.
After the declaration of results, ranks and scores will be published.
After that, candidates have to register for Haryana B.Tech admission and fill in their preferences. Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) will release the merit list and cutoff based on the scores of the JEE Main.
Candidates meeting the UIET Kurukshetra cutoff and whose names are on the merit list have to appear for online counselling, conducted by HSTES.
Based on the merit list, seats will be allotted for the B.Tech course admission at UIET Kurukshetra.
Selected candidates have to submit the documents and pay the UIET Kurukshetra fees to confirm admission.

There are 7 UIET Kurukshetra M.Tech courses in various fields like Thermal Engineering, Defence Technology, Computer Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Industrial and Production Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. how many number in class 12 is required to get admission in uiet chandigarh . on official website of uiet the eligibility is just to get pass in class 12 . But on some website it is given that the eligibility is 60 percent . can you please this from the institute.

The eligibility criteria for BE to get admission into UIET Chandigarh is that candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least five subjects, including Hindi, English, Punjabi, Physics, and Mathematics. Some websites do suggest the minimum percentage however, that's not official, the recommended percentage however will be to get about 90% as a safe score to get admitted.
