Some colleges for junior college are already started in some of the regions. As for graduation colleges they will be start in 2022.In some states the covid 19 situation is under control so they'll start the colleges soon.

Government Polytechnic, Kolhapur is a government college that offers Diploma course in various streams like Mechanical, Electrical,Civil, Electronics and Telecommunications, Foundry Technology, Industrial Electronics,Sugar Technology, and Information Technology.

Hello dear student,

Usually lateral entry is there in colleges for BTech or BE courses as the duration of these courses is 4 years. While diploma courses of only for 2 years or 3 years duration so there is no lateral entry in diploma courses is there. And this college provide only diploma and PGD so I am sorry to tell you but you cannot take admission in second year after completing your first year in different college.
