Bachelor of Arts (BA) is a full-time three-year undergraduate degree course offered by the Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.

Subject Offered: English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Geography, Mathematics, Economics, Political Science Sociology, History, Music (V and I), JMC, and Physical Education.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate will be eligible for admission to the First Year of B.A/ B.Com. / B.Sc. if he/she fulfills eligibility conditions prescribed by HPU subject to the amendments notified by the Himachal Pradesh University Shimla from time to time:

i) A Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination conducted by H. P.Board of School Education or examination accepted as equivalent there by to the Himachal Pradesh University Shimla.

ii) The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination with science stream shall be given preference in admission to B.Sc. programme.

iii) The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination with commerce stream shall be given preference in admission to B.Com. programme.

infrastructure , facilities , equipment are not good but above average , facilities and classroom ,sports and hostels are good wifi was good as well and everything was maintained very well overall my college was good

College Infrastructure

My college have all the infrastructure that is required and it be includes all the facilities like laboratories, libraries and computer labs ,garden ,parking area for students or teachers and also living space is clean and food is very hygienic

College Infrastructure

This college infrastructure is brilliant it includes to libraries and facilities like roadside location and have all the equipment also sports centres are available in hostel for both boys and girls are there in some classes smart boards are there living space is good and food is hygienic
