Well everything changes with time...similarly our college has developed a lot. I have seen many changes in our college during my degree. Talking about the infrastructure, our college have too comfortable nd airy classrooms. Washrooms are too clean in our college. Classroom facilitues are good too. Talking about the hostel well being a local student i have never been to hostel so can't describe. Overall our college have a good infrastructure.
I am a student from H.E.I.S. department. The well disciplined and maintained department i have ever experienced. Teachers of our department are too good and understanding. Being a student from arts background it was difficult for me to tackle with management subjects but our teachers are soo excellent that i didn't even felt how i passed these 2years.
Well i think there is a low rate of placements offered by our college. Currently i am in my final year so can't explain much but watching our seniors struggling says it all. I don't know much about other departments.
Well our college fee is too affordable as compared to other colleges. Even scholarships are offered in our college for economic weaker sections of our society. Money spent is worthy as being graduated from a good government college is everyones dream and our college offers worth for the money spent.
Well the location of our college is too good. Earlier there was lack of discipline but now our college is well disciplined and maintained. The teaching and cleaning staff is too good and understanding. Talking about my campus life, it has really been too good than expected. Getting supportive teachers is all everyone wants and lucky that i got it!
If you are from weak economic background but good at studies, then surely this college is a good to go!
College infrastructure is not so good, the college building is old . the classes and the facilities in the college is not so good but it is not that too bad , it is average . some of the classes are good and ventilated
The academics are also not that good in GRCB , the faculty count is low as compared to students. The teachers the college have are well experienced and well enough , but the problem is there are less number of teachers .
NO, placements in GRCB are not good. Basically they will just do formality for the name of placements . My personal experience is that, we just received a google form of a small company and the results of selection is not yet published by them .
Campus is average looking. The buildings are needed to repaint. Wi-Fi is not available in our campus. There is a canteen with sitting facilities. It provides the good quality and hygienic food. Also, it is well maintained.
I am studying BA in this college. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. If a student is eager to learn, the teacher put their best efforts for him. Also, the curriculum is updated every year according to the industrial need.
Placement rate is not good. Students have to prepare themselves for crack any examination and interview. College do not take special classes for this. But the faculties of college guide the students that how to prepare for placement.
My course fees is just Rs. 10, 000 per year and it is a good college at this cost.
Campus life is good. Students can enjoy in the events organised in the college.
Good experience
Infrastructure is average. Campus is not very clean. Renovation of the infrastructure is needed. Despite all this, it has all the other facilities like availablity of drinking water, hostel, canteen etc.
For academics, it is good. Teachers take lectures regularly and complete all teh syllabus at a time. All the students learn the concept thoroughly and prepare well for the University exams but it doesn't make them ready for the job.
Placement is not so very good. It is very difficult to get placement after the graduation. But the college organises webinar to teach the students about placement prpcess. Only 40% students get internship with a good stipend in the college. Average salary offered is 3 LPA.
The course fees is Rs 10,000 per year and it is worth of it.
Students can engage in sports activities, music and dance and college really supports their talent .
Good experience
All the necessary infrastructure like labs, chemicals, instruments are good. A good canteen is there. But washrooms are very dirty, unhygienic. Water facility in summer is not available easily. No AC rooms...
Quality of teaching is good. All teachers are well educated. Regular activities are there like debate, paiting, Communication, regular tests, college fest, farewell parties, but all were in a very disciplined manner.
As i remember..... during my graduation time .....only 1 company visited, i graduated from BSc. So not so many companies visited..may be 1 or 2 companies visited . Percentage of students of placement was not so high at that time.
