The Government Tool Room and Training Centre GTTC at kudalasangama started in 2000 is an independent technical education institution. Taluk: Hungund Dist-Vi Bagalkot State-Karnataka This is a AICTE recognized institute having spread over 10 acres of land. GTTC Kudalasangama has a centralized curriculum with only one diploma, and it admitted a total of 199 students. It has a standard student/ faculty ratio Besides this three full time faculty members of the institute take pride in providing individual attention and focused education in tool and die making.

GTTC Kudalasangama recognises the importance of ensuring that its students acquire the nicest learning environment. The institute has many special amenities that help make learning an even more worthwhile experience. A library well equipped comes in handy as information centre providing the necessary materials for learning activities. The college ensures that the students training facilities and equipment are up to date and efficient to allow the student gain practical experience in their chosen field. Due to increased technological come GTTC has ensured to put up highly effective IT facilities to enhance students’ access to modern technology.

The institute also understands the need of balanced student life hence offers facilities for sports for instance exercise. Central to GTTC Kudalasangama academic portfolio is the Diploma in Tool and Die Making programme. This course takes four years to complete and is offered as a full course to make students understand the deeper part of this specific area of study. The programme has an approved enrolment of 60 students to reflect the institute’s policy on offering quality education through regularisation of the number of students in each class. Such concentration is very effective since it enables students to undergo extensive training and enables the graduates to meet the challenges of the market.
