Application procedure to Govindram Seksaria College of Commerce and Economics, Nagpur:

1. MHT CET Registration: Candidate needs to apply and appear for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test every year in April. Therefore, this year it will be conducted on April 8, 2025.

2. MHT CET Preparation: Students must prepare well according to the syllabus and pattern for the MHT CET exam. College guides them to tips of preparation, important topics, and suggested books through various educational websites for MHT CET.

3. Application Form: The application forms are accepted for all the qualified candidates after declaration of MHT CET results. They can get it downloaded from the college website or can get it from the office of the college.

4. Submission of Documents: The applicants have to present all the following documents with the application form.

MHT CET score card
10th and 12th standard mark sheets
Leaving certificate issued by the erstwhile institution.
Caste certificate (if they do)
Others relevant certificates as informed by the colleges.

5. Merit List: In regard to CET scores, amongst other parameters, in line with the parent university directions, colleges prepare a list of merits or merit list to select the qualified candidates.

B.Com Computer Applications (Self-Finance) and B.Com Self-Finance have 120 seats each. B.Com Hindi Medium and B.Com Marathi Medium also offer 120 seats each. For B.Com Hons Self-Finance and B.Com Finance and Accounts Self-Finance, 120 seats are available in each program.

BBA: The college provides a BBA Self-Finance program with an intake of 120 students. This program is designed for those students who wish to build a strong foundation in business administration.

M.Com: Govindram Seksaria College provides M.Com programs in multiple mediums. The regular M.Com program and M.Com in Hindi Medium and Marathi Medium each have an intake of 80 students.

MBA: The college offers MBA Self-Finance 60 seats. This is a postgraduate course designed for aspirants who wish to upgrade their management acumen as well as career opportunities.
