According to Eligiblity Criteria for admission to state quota seats in Maharashtra, candidates should show the domicile certificate of the state. If you have the domicile certificate then only you will be eligible for admission to the state quota seats.

yo get admission in grant medical college you should score atleast 290 marks and rank should be in between 14,000 to 16,000 (for state quota)

cut off marks for GMC:- 

UR-695 TO 453

OBC-640-453

SC-453 TO 324

ST-451 TO 288

  You have not mentioned about the extent of vision problem that you are having. Let me mention here that the MCI guidelines say that a PH candidate with vision problem cannot apply for medicine, in India or in any other country for that matter because professional studies medicine do require proper vision..

If we go take into consideration last year’s cut-off marks for JJ College, it is as follows:
•    For UR – PH the cut off was 118
•    For OBC -  PH the cut off was 107
•    For SC –PH the cut off was 107
•    For ST – PH the cut off was 107
I hope by analysing last year’s cut-off marks, you can get an approximate idea, what the cut-off will be this time.

Cutoff varies a sper different categories and quotas for MBBS. 

Rnaks within 1018 in UR Category and AIq quota is cutoff for MBBS at Grant medical college

Hey.

For admission in Grant medical college, Mumbai the cut  off in 2017 for the general category under the All India quota was a rank of 1,018 and 626. Considering this you would require a rank around 1000 and a  score above 620 atleast to secure a seat here.
