Hello Aspirant,

See till now the counselling has not been concluded for Maharashtra state quota seat so to give you the NEET 2021 cut-offs would be little bit difficult for now but we can help you with 2020 cut-offs of Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai .

So in 2020 the closing cut-off marks for General category for MBBS seat in Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai was like :-

  • Plain area :- 630 marks out of 720
  • Hilly Area :- 628 marks out of 720 for Female & 651 marks out of 720 for male.

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of exact cut-offs until the counselling gets concluded for any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-

*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG

*** difficulty level of the paper

*** top score for NEET UG

*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.

Hello Aspirant,

See according to the previous year's data, on such rank and category you have almost no chances of getting any of the government medical colleges neither in Mumbai nor in Maharashtra  because in Mumbai GMCs have closing ranks around 15-16k even for OBC candidates, even on such rank and category only few private colleges are hardly available, this is because as per previous year's cut-offs the closing cut-off rank for government colleges were around 35k-36k and for private colleges it is around 65-68k but still you can appear for the counselling and also apart from government medical colleges you have some chances for some of the private medical colleges under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-

Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, Palghar

SMBT Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, Nashik

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

NEET 2021 cutoff Maharashtra - Check college and category-wise cutoff (careers360.com)

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
