Green Valley College of Education, Jind Admission Process

The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has approved this teacher training institute,  and is located at an eminent stature in Haryana. Entrance process is lengthy and aims at eliminating candidates who do deserve entry to any of the various education programs offered by this college. The college culture still holds, merit-based admission governed by NCTE guidelines and existing policies of the State government of Haryana, besides the university to which the college is affiliated. The admission procedures conducted at GVC typically consider the annual academic sequence, which begins on the fall semester. A little variation with reference to dates may be present each year; students are advised to commence early with preparations for their applications from spring or early summer onwards.

The academic record is only one of the few factors for consideration either in admission decisions, namely, qualifying examination marks, for any entrance test (wherever applicable), or any other criteria as stipulated by the state government & university policies.  The various programs in Green Valley College of Education have various criteria for admission. In B.Ed. programs, generally those candidates who have completed their undergraduate degree from any recognized university are considered. The D.El.Ed and D.P.Ed. programs could have a different set of minimum academic requirements, generally including a higher secondary (10+2) qualification with subjects relevant to the course.
