The college is very old, so is its infrastructure. The campus is spread over a small residential area in Ludhiana. The classrooms are old, benches are less, buildings need to be painted and cleanliness is not very well taken care of. So the overall infrastructure is average.
The curriculum is old, and needs to be updated. Teachers are not serious, neither is the administration serious about academics. The curriculum is not enough for getting a job. Attendance is not compulsory and to get a degree is easy.
There are very few placements. Companies do not come to the college. A few students who get job get it from off-campus placements. College authorities do not even try to call companies. So forget about placements in this college.
The fee is not very high. So one cannot complain about it.
The college is located in the center of Ludhiana. It is surrounded by the best markets, residential areas and few other colleges. There are almost no extracurricular activities in the college. Teachers are good and supportive.
It is not a very good college, but college life is fun and I can not stop missing the college life.
Infrastructural facilities are not much available. Benches are not cleaned. Classrooms are always dirty. In rainy season, there is water everywhere and even in the classes which is not cleaned. Water tanks are never cleaned. Smelly and dirty water comes. Washrooms are never cleaned. Dirt all over.
Studying bcom. Study is OK OK. Teachers are good. studying here will not make a student ready for job. There are no competitions held in the college. Very less activities are done in the college. But still it is okay.
No placement offers in this college. It's my last year, I had never seen any placements in last three years. In other colleges, I had heard that many recruiters comes every year but I had not seen any recruiter in this college.
If infrastructure was good, then it would be completely value for money. My course cost near about ₹32,000 per year and almost ₹1,00,000 for whole course of 3 years. Bur according to fees, less activities are provided to students.
Campus Life is not bad. There is a gurdwara Sahib in college also. Students are good here. Teachers are also friendly. But the office staff is something else. The parking area staff behaves like they are the owner of this college.
Need infrastructural improvements. There should be cleanliness in the college. Clean and purified water should be always given. The office and parking staff should speak politely as we are giving money to study here. We are not here for free.
