BTech (Electronics Engineering/ECE/TE/ETE/ CSE/EIC/ECE)/AMIE (Electronics Engineering/ ECE/TE/ETE/CSE/EIC/ECE) or MSc (Electronics /Physics) equivalent with at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination. (5% relaxation in case of SC/ST category).
