The Gyan Vihar School of Engineering and Technology is one of the most significant engineering schools of Rajasthan in the magnificent city of Jaipur. GVSET constitutes a school under Suresh Gyan Vihar University with innumerable engineering courses offered at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma levels. The admission processes of the institute are slated to select candidates-possible and deserving ones- based on the entrance tests, academic records, and personal interviews. The admission process usually begins during the period of August-September for the respective academic session. The institute provides admission on the basis of national-level entrance tests, based on the program concerned. Admission Process Degree-wise:

B.Tech. Various B.Tech programs are provided by GVSET, like Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Admission into the B.Tech programs is based on JEE Main scores, SGVUEE scores, or merit as perceived by the result of the qualifying examination (12th standard). The admission process consists of the following steps:

  1. Consideration of JEE Main or SGVUEE Score or 12th standard Marks.
  2. Personal Interview Process.
  3. Merit-based Selection.

M.Tech.: The M-Tech courses include Cloud Computing and Security, Digital Wireless Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, Power System Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Management, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. Admission of candidates to M.Tech.

  2. Graduating Marks Obtained
  3. Personal Interview

For Diploma: Various branches of engineering are administered by diploma courses of GVSET. The admission process consists of:

  1. Consideration of marks in 10th/12th standard
  2. Personal Interview.

Although nothing is known regarding the MBA program, such courses usually operate admissions on the basis of CAT score and personal interviews.
