The eligibility criteria for the IMEC Indian Graduate Marine Engineering (GME) Cadet Program certification course is the students must have a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering. When joining the course, the candidate's maximum age limit should be 24 years.
The students must have a 6/12 eye-sight and must not have any eye conditions or colour blindness. Their eyes must fully move, have a normal pupil response, and have good binocular vision. The candidates must also be required to be medically fit and need to submit the certificate of medical fitness issued by D.G. Shipping Approved Doctors.
