The college provides hostel facilities to the boys students. The hostel rooms are spacious, well ventilated and are well furnished.

The college provides first aid facilities to the staff members and the students. The nearby hospitals have good medical facilities. Students are treated at free of cost. 

HKE Society’s PDA College of Engineering has a central library which has a rich collection of books, journals, periodicals, magazines and newspapers. The college library has reading halls. The digital library has been established to support CD/ DVD resources and e- books. 

The college provides various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities to the students in the college campus. A badminton court and table tennis courts are available in the college campus. 

The college has a campus wide networking facility for ubiquitous network connectivity throughout the campus. Currently the CWN is supplemented with 100 Mbps of internet link (BSNL) to cater the internet requirement of the campus along with this two 100 Mbps fibre broadband from BBNL. The college has created a private cloud on Lenovo servers to meet the computing requirement of the campus.

PDA College of Engineering, Gulbarga has a canteen and a cafeteria which serves healthy and nutritious food and snacks to the staff members and the students at reasonable prices.  

PDA College of Engineering has two buses. One is exclusively to help the girl students to commute between hostel and college and the other is used for picnics and industrial visits. 

The college has a number of departmental laboratories which are well equipped with various sophisticated tools and equipment. 

The college has an air conditioned auditorium which has a seating capacity of approximately 900 people. The college also has multiple seminar halls and all the halls have a seating capacity of approximately 120 people. The seminar halls are equipped with audio- visual facilities.

A stationary and printing press has been made available at HKE Society’s PDA College of Engineering, Gulbarga to cater the stationary and other needs of students and staff members.
