Degree wise Admission Process

BA (Bachelor of Arts): Nine specializations are available under Hojai College's BA course, such as English, Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, Education, History, Political Science, Economics, and an open BA course. Admission is done based on marks scored in the qualifying exam (10+2). Allied subjects must be studied by students at the 10+2 level for honors course admissions.

B.Sc (Bachelor of Science): Six specializations are offered in the B.Sc course of the college, namely Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics, and general B.Sc. The B.Sc courses have competitive admission on the basis of science subject marks of the 10+2 exam. Candidates applying for admission to courses in single honours subjects might be required to meet other conditions set by the individual departments.

B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce): Hojai College has a B.Com course for students pursuing a career in business and commerce. Admission to the B.Com course is based on marks scored at the 10+2 exam, and candidates who have taken commerce or allied subjects in higher secondary level are given priority.
