The Holy Mary Institute of Technology and Science, Keesara facilities has a separate hostel for boys within the Campus with well-furnished and ventilated rooms. A mineral water plant and medical facility are provided for the well-being of the hostel students. Students have a choice of selecting North/South Indian food. Security is provided 24 hours at hostels. Hostel students are facilitated and can use the internet and library facilities after college hours.

The library is equipped with around one lakh volumes of books and is also furnished with national and international magazines and journals. Along with this Central Library, students can also utilise the department's libraries which are attached to each and every department.

The HMITS, Keesara facilities have very good Football and BasketBall teams which have won many inter-college competitions along with TT, Volleyball, badminton, handball, through ball, and many more outdoor, and indoor games and athletics.

The college has 20 owned buses available to cover all areas in the twin cities. Exclusive RTC buses are provided by TSRTC only for the students of Holy Mary from ECIL to camps and return. Students also prefer coming on their own in different modes of transport as the campus is well connected with private and public transport.
