IcfaiTech, Hyderabad infrastructure includes the auditorium. It has the capacity to accommodate 300 people. For conducting activities and events the college has an open quadrilateral which has a stage.

ICFAI Tech School Hyderabad library hsa more than 75000 books and journals. It is fully supported by IT infrastructure. Latest software is used in the digital section of the library. The digital section includes CDs, videos, latest software packages, etc. Academic and industry databases like World Development Indicators, EBSCOHOST, Econlit, Emerald Management Xtra, ProQuest, etc have been subscribed by the college.

The entire campus and hostel is 24 hour wifi-enabled.

RO plants provide drinking water, which is made available in the hostels through water coolers. The hostel complexes are networked with 24-hour internet facility and furnished with TVs, washing machines, water dispensers, etc.

Separate hostels are available for more than 1200 girl students. Both the boys and girls hostels are provided with late night cafés for the use of the students during odd hours. ii. Two separate dining complexes with eight dining halls are provided. These are fully equipped with modern kitchen equipment. Each dining complex has the capacity to seat 700 students at one time.

IcfaiTech, Hyderabad medical facilities include a two-bedded clinic. It is manned by 4 doctors and a Resident Medical Officer. The clinic has all the basic medical equipment to handle any emergencies. Two ambulances are available in case of any major health crisis.

The college has a guest room. It is fully wifi-enabled.

The alumni association of the college keeps the alumni in contact with one another. It acts as a support for the alumni of the college.
