The Placement Team organises training programmes that not only focus on enhancing the technical knowledge of the students but also helps them in brushing up the soft skills that will ultimately help them in their overall personality development of the students of IIMP. The placement process of Indira Institute of Management, Pune includes registration for participating in the drive, shortlisting the candidates who meet the pre-hiring demands stated by the companies, pre-placement talk which is a two-way communication where students get an insight about the company and can interact with the employers, written tests, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
STEP 1
Registration for participation in recruitment drive: Candidates interested for participation in the placement drive are invited to register for participating in the recruitment drive.
STEP 2
Shortlisting of registered candidates meeting the pre-hiring demand: Based on the academic requirements as demanded by the companies known as pre-hiring demands such as minimum percentage, etc, candidates are shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates are eligible to attend the pre-placement talk conducted by the recruiters.
STEP 3
Pre-Placement Talks: Companies visiting IIMPl for conducting placement drives deliver a pre-placement talk for the students in order to make them aware of the basic policies followed by the company and give an insight into the company. The pre-placement talk is a two-way communication where students and recruiters interact with each other.
STEP 4
Aptitude Test: An aptitude test is conducted by the recruiters to judge the aptitude of the students.
STEP 5
Technical Test: Further candidates have to qualify for the technical test which is taken in order to judge the technical skills possessed by the students.
STEP 6
Personal Interviews: Once the candidates qualify for all the tests they move to the final round that is the interview. These interviews are taken in order to judge the personality of the potential candidate and it also helps the employers to know about the communication skills and presentation skills of the students.
STEP 7
Distribution of offer letters: Students are finally selected on the basis of the tests and the performance in the interview and the selected candidates are given offer letters.
STEP 8
Acceptance of the offer: After getting their offer letters, students give their acceptance and the students of IIMP are finally successful in the campus placement
Indian Institute of Medical Science and Research, Jalna has released its placement data for the year 2019 for the PGDM program and 2018 MBA. Students from various courses participated in the recruitment drive. We have 100% placement. I haven't went to the placement process yet as i am second year student. Most of the students gets pretty good percentage. Hightest package was around 4 lakh per annum. Lowest-2.5lakh.

Indira Institute of Technology is indeed a renowned institute where you can take admission because of their sophisticated infrastructure, well qualified faculties, well maintained classrooms and their remarkable placement records. Now as per their placement trends almost 90% students were placed into prestigious companies, that too with good package. You can expect 4-5 LPA package at an average whereas in some cases the salary may rise upto 15LPA. Overall it is a worthy place to study.

RIIM, Pune: According to the last year placement reports, the highest package offered was Rs 9.8 lakhs and the average package offered was Rs 5.2 lakhs.
The institute provides 2 courses in PGDM, PGDM Employability and PGDM Employability + Management Development Programme. The fees for PGDM Employability is Rs 4.50 lakhs and the fees for PGDM Employability + Management Development Programme is Rs 6 lakhs.
Recruiters: Kohler, Paytm, ITC Ltd, Justdial, Oppo, Cafe Coffee Day, iFast, IndusInd Bank, Johnson & Johnson etc.
Indira Institute of Management, Pune: According to the current year placement records, the highest package offered was Rs 6.62 lakhs and the minimum package offered was Rs 4 lakh.
The institute provides specialization in Marketing and Finance. The total fees for the program is Rs 7 lakhs.
Recruiters: Accenture, Amazon, Axis Bank, Colgate, Club Mahindra, Convergys, General Motors etc.
So according to the ROI, RIIM is better for PGDM.
College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is good but compact a bit. The class room are digital and the library is full of books. Library is the best part of college infrastructure. And you will find educational as well as fictional and non-fiction books in the library. I do not live in the Indira hostel so I won't be able to elaborate on hostel infrastructure.
Academics
Course curriculum was very well planned & it was really well structured. Most of the faculty member were the top most faculty members in Pune. Some of faculty were permanent while some visited faculty were teaching in top college of Pune overall it was great experience learning from them.
Placements
Placement are good for marketing. More opportunities in marketing filed second come finance and then hr also have opportunities. Good college with placement ample placement opportunities. Hdfc, Deloitte, KPMG etc visit for placement. Average package offered is between 4 to 6 lakhs.
Value-for-money
The fees is comparatively high. For 1 year pgdm fees is 3,60,000. Including laptop and industrial tour.our campus was on main mumbai Pune express Highway

our campus was on main Mumbai Pune express highway the academy campus was on one side of the road while hostel was on another side. campus life of memorable since we were in management PGDM course so there were more management workshop rather than engineering based projects. we had some small projects with various organisation and in-house session about latest business environment.
