The Indore Women's Polytechnic College, and run by the Government of Madhya Pradesh, endeavors to provide women in technical education to a large number of disciplines in engineering and technology. The main affiliation of the college is with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which recognizes the courses offered by the college. Indore Women's Polytechnic College largely admits students through the results of the Madhya Pradesh Pre-Polytechnic Test (MP PPT). Degree-wise Admission Process

Diploma in Architecture and Interior Design: This three-year full-time diploma program has a capacity of 54 seats. Admission is based on the MP PPT score. The apt candidates for this course would be the ones who have interest in design and creativity. The ultimate aim of the course is to impart thorough knowledge on the architectural basics and interior design concepts.

Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering: Admission is on an MP PPT basis for a three-year program with an intake of 54 students, imparting essential skills of computer science and engineering. This course is framed in such a way as to create students for a fast-growing sector in information technology and computer applications.

Diploma in Fashion Technology: This also is a 54-seat program based on the MP PPT exam. It aims to create young fashion designers and textile specialists with the skills and knowledge to enter and achieve prosperity in the international arena. This course touches on fashion design, textile science, and garment production.

Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology: For the 27-seat program, which focuses on the hospitality industry, this diploma is awarded on the basis of the MP PPT. The curriculum trains students in all aspects of hotel operations, food and beverage management, and catering management.
