NCHMCT JEE exam is a National level hotel management exam conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).The opening and closing ranks for NCHMCT JEE are released for individual colleges accepting scores of the hotel management entrance exam for all types of seats.

With an AIR rank of 3452, the best IHM which you can get is IHM Guwahati and IHM Bhubaneshwar. These information are on the basis of last year cutoff.

Yes with 3452 rank in NHMJEE, you can expect to get into IHM Delhi, but that would be a little dependent on luck since the closing rank for OBC- NCL Category for the year 2018 was 3389.

         Congratulations on your rank. As you didn't mention your category it became quite difficult to answer. So next time make sure you provide all the details. Now coming to your question If you belong to SC/ST category then with 6800 rank you can get a seat in any central government IHM. If you belong to the OBC category except IHM Pusa and M Mumbai you can get all other IHM's. If you belong to a general category then following are the IHM's you can get along with their 2018 cutoff for general candidate:
