The infrastructure of Nirma University is quite good as compared to the other colleges. It has an environmental friendly campus with proper utilisation of the land. The campus is very beautiful from inside.
So if I talk about myself I am pursuing MBA from Nirma University and the faculties here are good. Some of them have very good profile like you get encouragement after seeing that people who are working under adani are also a part of Nirma University.
Talking about the placement so its not a good scene in most of the colleges if we talk about. Like when we were about to join the college the average package was about 12 lakhs but this year it would be quite low.
A good spacious campus offers ample room for various activities like sports, events, and study spots. It promotes a sense of freedom and exploration, fosters community interaction, and provides a conducive environment for learning and socializing.
Even with average facilities, a spacious campus still offers opportunities for students to engage in diverse activities and create memorable experiences. While top-notch facilities can enhance the overall experience, the openness and size of the campus can compensate for any shortcomings in amenities.
Improving placement opportunities indicate positive growth, yet there's always room for further enhancement. Campuses can focus on strengthening industry connections, providing career development resources, and offering practical training to better prepare students for the job market, thus expanding placement prospects even more.
While the return on investment (ROI) may not be optimal, the valuable experiences gained on campus can still make it worthwhile. These experiences include personal growth, networking opportunities, and skill development, which can ultimately contribute to long-term success beyond financial metrics.
A lively campus creates a vibrant atmosphere that energizes students and fosters a sense of community. It's characterized by bustling activity, engaging events, and lively interactions, all of which contribute to a dynamic and enriching college experience.
Having the potential to become a top-tier campus in the future is promising. It suggests that there's room for growth and improvement, and with strategic planning, investments, and community involvement, the campus can work towards achieving that goal over time.
Nicely maintained. Although Internet connection is an issue at times. Library is also great and well off with resources. It’s clean and updated. The good and water is also hygienic and clean . So overall a good place!
Good professors! Tutorials really prove beneficial. Some might be a little stricter and less accommodative , however most of them are really understating and helpful. Some teachers may be biased though!
Not yet gone through the same on our own yet, however as heard and seen from the past records, it promises decent placement. So if you do not have any other greater option, you might choose this otherwise go for the other.
High fees as compared to the facilities offered. Considering Gujarat is already a fairly expensive city, the college fees shall be reduced considering the experience and quality offered. it seems like an expenditure than investment.
Not accommodative when it comes to students’ personal problems in terms of relaxing attendance, deadlines etc. Hence not very encouraging for students when it comes to courses, internships , competitions etc.
College has amazing infrastructure with whole campus connected with wifi, has own different sports ground for each sports having common reading area where people can come together for group projects, etc
Nirma is very academic focused and less practical knowledge however the faculties are well knowledged and also visiting faculties are amazing and can give lots of inputs of outstanding news and inputs.
Placements in nirma have the average package of around १३ lakhs per annum however many excellent companies recruit from the campus like Morgan Stanley, J. P. Morgan, Bajaj capital, (jio comes for internship)
College Infrastructure is amazing. Well equipped with library, computer lab, and spacious classrooms, with projectors and air conditioners. Campus has greenery all around with huge playgrounds for cricket, football.
The faculty have great teaching experience. Most of them hold a PhD degree in various domains. Have years of industry knowledge and experience. Courses are well designed and structured and focus on several domain specific knowledge.
College offers placement in various functional domains including finance marketing, and operations. Companies like JP Morgan, TATA AIG, JIo come to recruite students from all the domains. Many startups also offer good placement opportunities to students.
Yes they have good infrastructure but not excellent. Can work upon cleanliness in washrooms and can give access of Wifi to students. Overall infrastructure is good but can work more upon it so that it’s excellent
Since there is trimester system, students find it very difficult to cope up with the subjects because they are changing so quickly. As soon as they adapt and learn one subject, another subject gets added to it
Since they enrol a large number of students in MBA phase, placements are quite disappointing. If number of students were less, they would have been doing an excellent job in proving placements but since this year, placements are skeptical and might not be very good
Fees of course is approx 12 lakhs for 2 years of MBA. It’s not entirely worth it because placements are not that good. If students are spending 12 lakhs then they would expect a decent package worth of 15 lakhs or above.
Campus life is good. Girls and Boys and different hostels, they are quite strict with hostel timings. Hostels are very safe especially for girls. Overall, college environment is good and it is worth staying in hostel.
Nirma University is a good college but placements can be improved more and number of students can be reduced so that placements are worth. Also they can work more on infrastructure and providing good canteen facilities because canteens are extremely small and congested
Institute of Management has a well built infrastructure and environment for the management students to learn. It has well equipped classrooms with Air conditioners, seats, boards, projectors, wi-fi, etc. Due to renovation, few of the amenities are not accessible right now.
The course of Integrated BBA-MBA is designed so perfectly that in the tenure of graduation (BBA), a beginner learns varied subjects of various fields such as Modern History, Design Thinking, Art and culture, etc. All the courses help students train themselves for the corporate world. Then later the MBA phase focuses on individual's specialized courses and prepares them for future jobs. Faculties are well educated and has a broad horizon of knowledge.
Placements here are not so attractive and are good. Well the best part here is that it has 100% placements which outstands it and the highest salary package here for an IMBA was 30 lakhs per annum. Average salary lied between 9-10 lacs per annum. The place-com has been very supportive throughout.
The course costed us 1.5 lakhs per annum approximately. It is a high fee but worth every bucks as it focuses on overall development of a student for a corporate world with conceptual as well as practical insights.
Campus has a pleasant greenery and facilities like canteens, libraries, sports grounds - including volleyball, basketball, cricket, badminton, tennis. It is a huge campus where students can take part in different events through clubs and committees and also the co-curricular activities for fun and development. It has well managed backups for emergencies and has a supportive staff and well behaved students.
It has been a very good experience for me being here.
