IIIM Jaipur Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

International Institute of Informatics and Management, Jaipur (IIIM) represents the achievement of an iconic place among those legendary institutes in which management and computer application postgraduate and doctoral programs are offered. IIIM Jaipur is approved by both the AICTE and NAAC-accrediting agencies, ensuring quality education in India. So, the admission process that this institute follows is very systematic and stringent, intending to select brilliant students all over the country. Admission to the different programs of IIIM Jaipur is at the level of national basis. As far as the MBA programs are concerned, the Institute takes scores from a number of entrance tests, including CMAT, CAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT, and GMAT. The admissions into the MCA program are by the scores of the NIMCET. The Ph.D. programs in Management and Computer Applications are constructed under the provisions guided by Rajasthan Technical University.

Generally, an academic session at IIIM Jaipur starts during August-September; however, the admission session may commence a few months before that. Eligibility criteria differ based on the program. For post-graduate courses, the candidate should have an appropriate bachelor's degree from a recognized university. The application procedure varies for every program in IIIM Jaipur: 

For MBA Programs: 

1. Appear for any one of the accepted entrance examinations (CMAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA/MAT/GMAT). 
2. Visit the official IIIM Jaipur website and fill the online application form. 
3. Pay the required application fee. 
4. Upload needed documents which include the entrance exam score card, academic certificates, and other qualified credentials. 
5. Shortlisted candidates may be called for further selection rounds as per the process such as group discussions and personal interviews.

For MCA program:

1. Take NIMCET exam.
2. Register for NIMCET counseling as qualified.
3. Select IIIM Jaipur as one of your preferred institutes during the process of counselling.
4. If a seat is allotted, report to IIIM Jaipur for document verification and admission formalities.

For Ph.D. Programs (Management and Computer Applications):

1. Visit the IIIM Jaipur website for announcements on Ph.D. admissions.
2. Submit the filled online application form for the specific Ph.D. program.
3. Pay the application fee.
4. Submit required documents including academic certificates, research proposal, and other relevant credentials.
5.  Attend the entrance test and/or interview as scheduled by the institute.

Process of Admission degree wise 

IIIM conducts an MBA program admitting 180 students. Admission to the MBA program is by applications through the national-level entrance examinations CMAT, CAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT, or GMAT. Candidates qualifying through these exams can apply. The selection process may include further rounds like group discussion and personal interview.

MCA: The intake of the Master of Computer Applications program at IIIM Jaipur is 60 students. Admission to the MCA program is done on the basis of NIMCET ranks. For applying, BCA or B.Sc. Computer Sciences and other related streams graduates may be eligible. The institute will follow the NIMCET counseling process for final admissions.

Ph.D. in Management: IIIM Jaipur offers doctoral programs in management. The admission process of Ph.D. in Management is governed under the norms of RTU. A prospective PhD candidate should have at least a Master's degree in the relevant domain. The selection can either be through an entrance test by the institute or interview.

Ph.D. in Computer Applications: The institute also has an option of a Ph.D. program in Computer Applications. This is admissions-wise similar to the management doctoral program, also following the RTU guidelines. Eligible for applying are those with a master's in computer applications or relevant fields.
