The College has a library having two floors and consisting of about, 100 bound journals and 30 thousand book titles of various disciplines. It subscribes to 6 newspapers and seven periodicals. Along with the library, we have a reading room equipped with computers access to the National Digital Library, and a book bank facility for poor students. 

The college has a Games and Sports Games and Sports are encouraged in college to develop fitness, physical and neuromuscular skills and to promote the spirit of cooperation and sportsman. C.C.S. University, Meerut organizes intercollegiate level events to select university teams to participate in Zonal level and National level university sports meet. The following games and sports are available for students in I.P.College Bulandshahr:- Basketball, Chess, Cricket, Volleyball, Table-Tennis, Athletics, Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, Handball, Badminton.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.

The college also encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities.
