Jagadguru Dattatray College of Technology (JDCT), the college was established in 2006, is one of the renowned educational colleges in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh. This mixed college is an affiliated college with a recognition from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for the following engineering courses. JDCT has a faculty of 126 members, it promises quality education and individual attention to its students.

Jagadguru Dattatray College of Technology is fully dedicated towards enabling teaching of effective comprehensive environments within their students. Toward this end, many affordable facility facilities are available in the college to foster academic and personal development. Others are provision of accommodating hostels for boys and girls to provide comfort for students from distant regions. As a knowledge centre for students and faculties, the institute possesses an extensive facility of library. To ensure that the students respond positively to the new world, JDCT has put in place worthy computer systems, and campus Wi-Fi to support students’ internet power. The college also has a cafeteria where students can buy foods and snacks, an auditorium where event, meetings and secession can be held and transport facilities for students who commute.

In its learning arrangement, the institute has ensured that it provides programmes of study that will address emerging needs of the ICT industry. JDCT offers seven full-time BE programmes with an aim of producing faster and skilled students in the field of specialisation. Computer Science and Engineering with an intake capacity of 120 students targets to cater the growing need of IT in the industry. The Mechanical Engineering programme also offers 120 seats, with core competencies in the understanding of engineering principles and industry practice.

Admission in JDCT is based on certain criteria and principles of fairness in order to offer deserving students engineering programmes.
