Empi Business School and JIMS Kalkaji both have been great B Schools throughout years. But JIMS Kalkaji has a well maintained excellent placement records for International business students. Over 157 companies participated in the placement drive offering job opportunities. In 2018-20 session of MBA IB course, the highest salary package offered was recorded to be INR 17.05 Lakhs Per Annum. In 2018-20 session of MBA IB course number of students placed are 49.  The highest salary package offered was recorded to be INR 17.05 Lakhs Per Annum.

Deloitte has selected 8 students in 2018-20 session students. It is the highest number of students selected by one company. Other companies BANKRUPAY.COM , NAUKRI.COM, HETTICH , WNS , LEDO LEARNING , BRIDGE GROUP (HR) , ICICI Bank, EXTRAMARKS also selected students.
