As you have procured 120 marks in jee mains so let me tell you that your percentile would be around 95-96 . In this percentile your all india rank as per my view will around 50k so you can easily grab a seat in the cse branch in jecrc college.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Yes you can take admission in JECRC Jaipur without appearing for JEE-Main as well because JECRC takes admission in the basis of merit in JEE-Main as well as in 10+2 so you have both the choices and also note that the candidates having valid JEE-Main score will be preferred as compared to others.

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that you cannot take a direct admission seat in JECRC college as the admisison is based on the entrance score of the candidates.

To get admission in JECRC College, you need to have a minimum cutoff rank in JEE mains and you must also have a good class 12th . B. Tech admissions in JECRC are based on JEE Main score . The selection process takes place for other UG courses based on marks in the qualifying examination.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) with Specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is an expert course that furnishes the understudies with every one of the important strategies expected to turn into a capable AI and Machine Learning master.

The BCA syllabus is more or less fixed for any college under any specific University . Well, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is no doubt a part of the syllabus but as you're doing BCA course , but, there is no range of distributing the course among students in increased or reduced  syllabus basis.

You can find these college's BCA syllabus from their respective college website.

The best way is, learn AI & ML as certification course externally as MOOCs courses from Online platforms like coursera, SWAYAM, Udemy etc along your regular BCA course .
