  • Library

    The college proudly boasts of one central library and three departmental libraries. The Library is well equipped with a reading room and is technologically advanced. The library has a collection of more than 5000 books including some rare titles. It has journals both print and electronic and has a subscription to Sodh-Sindhu and INFLIBNET-NLIST programs. The library is equipped with a Xerox machine, separate computer for the issue and return of books. The book issue system is also bar code enabled. It also operates completely online and is powered by KOHA software. We have a separate section in the library that shelves competitive books, journals, and dailies enabling students to prepare for career-oriented goals along with academics.

  • Laboratories

    The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

  • Sports

    The college has a very ambitious track record pertaining to games and sports activities. There is a Games and Sports Sub-Committee individually catering to and overseeing all sports activities around the year. The college is mostly populated by tribal students who have immense potential for outdoor sports. The college leaves no stone unturned to give the students the appropriate platforms to perform. The college hosts an annual Sports Meet every year providing students the opportunity to discover their strength and aptitude in Sports both Indoor and Outdoor. The college has been Champions in Inter College DPI sports for three consecutive years at the District Level.

  • I.T Infrastructure

    The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

  • Cafeteria

    The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

  • Alumni Associations

    The college has good networking for the alumni association. Our college is established in 2008, it has only 8 passes out batches. Hence we are slowly growing towards forming a strong alumni association, who would contribute to the future of the college being a part of its prestigious past.

  • Auditorium

    The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.

Hello dear, JNU CEEB ( jawaharlal Nehru university combined entrance examination for Biotechnology) is entrance exam conducted NTA every year for the candidates seeking to take admissions in various postgraduate MSc and MTech programs in university participating in this entrance exam.
Candidates should have passed bachelor degree with minimum 50./. Marks from recognised university to apply for JNU CEEB entrance exam.
Yes, their is little bit difference between life science and biological Science. Life science is everything used for ecology and agricultural Science to genomics and biochemistry. But biological Sciences is more often applied to lab based biology and more technical applications, biotechnology, genetics etc.

What is the syllabus for JNU CEEB Exam

Hello,  JNU combined entrance examination for Biotechnology is the entrance exam for the candidates seeking to take admissions in postgraduate courses like MSc and Mtech in biotechnology. The time allocation for JNU CEEB entrance exam is 3 hours. It consists two streams
Technology stream and life science stream.
Here is the syllabus for JNU CEEB entrance exam are:
1. Technology stream
Part A:  Basic Engineering & Technology _ at the undergraduate level
Section B:  physics, chemistry, maths at undergraduate level
Part C: Fundamental life sciences and informatics at 12th level
2. Life science stream
Part A:  life science ( biochemistry , molecular biology, immunology) at post graduate level
Section B: Maths, Computer & Information sciences at 12th level
Part C:  chemistry, physics at an undergraduate level

Hello aspirant, as you are from general category, the cutoff is very high for UR category in JNU CEEB entrance exam, their is less chances for you to get seats in college through JNU CEEB entrance exam 2019.some of the college cutoff marks for MSc biotechnology for general category are: -
