The B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology degree at Jindal School of Psychology & Counselling (JSPC) are four-year undergraduate programmes that focus on the human brain, mind, and behaviour. The programmes are designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in psychological theory, experimentation, and practice. Students can also opt, in year three, for the B.A. (Hons.) with Research in Psychology degree or the B.Sc. (Hons.) with Research in Psychology degree, with the fourth year focused on experimental design and the collection and analysis of research data. The various JSPC programmes are designed to nurture the next generation of professional leaders in the psychological sciences.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology programme at JSPC requires applicants to have completed the 10+2 level of schooling or its equivalent in humanities, science, or commerce with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from CBSE, ISC, State Boards, IB, Cambridge, and other Govt. recognized Boards. In addition to this, the university also offers Merit-cum-Means Scholarships (MCM) for eligible students, which covers the first-year tuition fee.

Admission Details

The scholarship is awarded based on the income proof of parents, grade XII score, and faculty interview score. The admission process for the programme is holistic and includes a personal statement, supplemental questions, Grade 10 and 12 marks, interview, and JSAT score or equivalent (SAT/ACT/LSAT-India).
