JSPM's Kautilya Institute of Management and Research, Pune has a training and placement cell to look after the placement process of the college. KIMR Pune placement cell organises on-campus and off-campus placement drives for the successful placement of students. KIMR Pune has collaborated with many organisations to conduct seminars, workshops, industrial visits, Entrepreneurship camps and guest lectures. KIMR Pune has collaborated with organisations like Internshala, Global Talent Track, Vedanta Metal Products and more to provide training, placement, internship, faculty exchange, student exchange and research activities.
