IIT Delhi Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Indian Institute of Technology Delhi offers placements for all levels of students. IIT Delhi has a separate placement cell that conducts the final campus placement activities. Check the data points about IIT Delhi placements below.

• IIT Delhi Placements 2025-26: As of December 2025, 1,275 job offers were made, including over 300 pre-placement offers. About 1,140 individual students have been placed; the drive will continue in 2026.
• As per the press release published by IIT Delhi on April 17, 2025, UG students secured 850 unique offers in the IIT Delhi 2024-25 placement season. The number of unique offers in the current year is better than the offers received in the last three years: 712 in 2022, 768 in 2023, and 781 in 2024. 
• IITD International Placements: UG students have also received 40+ international offers from prestigious organisations across multiple global regions, including Japan, the Netherlands, South Korea, Taiwan, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
• 1200 job offers were made, including pre-placement offers and 1150 students were placed during Indian Institute of Technology Delhi Phase 1 Placements 2024-25.
• IIT Delhi highest package in 2023 placements stood at Rs 1 Cr per annum

As per IIT Delhi Phase 1 Placements 2024-25, 50+ international offers were made from 15+ prestigious organisations across the globe, including Japan, Netherlands, South Korea, Taiwan, UAE, United Kingdom, and United States. During phase 1 of IIT Delhi placements 2023-24, students have received around 1050 job offers, including pre-placement offers (PPOs). 20 international organisations made 50+ international offers for students at IIT Delhi. 

Some of the top recruiters of IIT Delhi placements are Air India, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Goldman Sachs, Bajaj Auto, and Ola Electric. 370+ organisations across sectors offering 700-plus job profiles have registered to hire Indian Institute of Technology Delhi students. The number of IIT Delhi placement offers has increased by 20% from 2023. IIT Delhi highest package 2024 has not been released yet. However, over 50 students received the highest domestic IIT Delhi salary package of more than Rs 1 Cr per annum during the IIT Delhi placements drive 2023.

According to the Summer placement report 2024 of IIT Delhi Department of Management Studies, 100% of students got placed in placement drive.In IIT Delhi DSM placements 2023, students got placed with the highest package of Rs 41.13 lakhs. Median package of Rs 24.45 Lakhs is offered to students during IIT Delhi MBA Placement drive 2023.
