Jyothi Engineering College Thrissur accepts students who want to pursue engineering at the undergraduate, postgraduate levels and doctoral levels. Therefore, it gives a B.Tech degree, an M.Tech degree and a doctorate. For JEC Thrissur admission to the B.Tech course, candidates are required to take an entrance test (KEAM), clear the cutoff and apply for counselling. 

Moreover, the entrance exam GATE is required for Jyothi Engineering College admission to M.Tech courses. JEC Thrissur M.Tech Admission Process 2024

• After submitting the application form online, candidates are advised to take the GATE.

• Management Quota seats will be filled by the college from among the applicants on a merit basis.

• Candidates must note that M.Tech admission will be done based on the GATE scores.

• Government Quota admission will be done by the college itself from the rank list released by the Director of Technical Education (DTE), Kerala. Students are advised to apply to the Directorate of Technical Education (website admissions.dtekerala.gov.in).

• Participate in the counselling process and choose your desired programme and specialisation.

• Selected candidates must visit the college, get their documents verified, pay the admission fee and confirm the admission.

JEC Thrissur Ph.D Admission Process 2024

• Candidates first have to meet the JEC Ph.D eligibility criteria and then apply for admission.

• Candidates need not take GATE/ UGC CSIR NET who possess master’s degrees and three years of teaching experience in AICTE-approved/ NBA-accredited departments or colleges or three years of experience in a reputed industry or have a fellowship/scholarship from a government agency.

• Afterwards, Candidates have to fill out the college application form and have to appear for a written test and interview.

• Candidates will be selected based on their performance. Then, selected candidates have to submit the documents and pay the admission fee to confirm the admission.
