Amity University BA Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked amongst the top 3% of universities globally (QS Rankings)
Hey,
I guess it entirely depends upon the vacancy. There’s no such cut-off system. If you get a really good rank, like in the top 300, you can go for these courses, else it entirely depends upon the vacancy.
Like if you get a rank between 1500–3000, and you want IT or CE, the chances are pretty low because maximum students go for IT and CE. But, when you go for counselling, they give you a form in which you can choose to upgrade to a branch wherein you can fill in your choice and later, you might get upgraded if there is any vacancy.
All The Best.
Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I suggest you to check your mail inbox once and spam folder too. There might be an email from NMIMS acknowledging successful completion of your application. In case you have not received any mail from their end, you can contact the admissions department email id and ask them for the acknowledging email.
Hope this helps. Good luck for your future.
Hello Candidate,
Depends on which all streams have you applied to. It shouldn't be tough to get into NMIMS BBA. You'll get Mumbai easily since they have around 480 seats and any other city too since the schools there have recently been started. Also you'll get seats in engineering in Shirpur for almost any stream that you desire.
For Mumbai, I'm not very sure. It might be tough to get into fields which attract a lot of students like CS. However, probably you'll get in easily in the 2nd list there too. Have no knowledge when it comes to architecture or law.
All The Best,
Hello,
Interview will take place with around 3–4 panelists which will ask about your academic background, hobbies, work experience(if you have), your SOP and many other relevant questions.
Be calm and composed
Answer politely
Be relevant and don’t fumble
Be honest and confident
Maintain your body posture
Act and sound SMART.
Hello,
For your reference, I am posting the different weightages for different aspects considered by NMIMS before the final admission of any candidate:
As you can see, the NMAT score makes up for a staggering 70% of the final admission score. If you are worried about your low academic scores, you should try and make up for it by scoring well in NMAT and giving reasonably good CD-PI rounds.
All The Best.

Hi,
Dear Candidate, the chances for the upgradation is too low. However we can still keep the hopes high. Getting the Mumbai or Bengaluru campus is quite a luck because they are quite in demand due to their quality of course and the placements offered. So if any seats go vacant in these two colleges then certainly it will be available for float then you may get a chance.
Thankyou
