The hostel is run by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Tarbes. Admission will be granted on the fulfilment of the following conditions: Admission to the college payment of hostel fees regulations: An important rule in the hostel and college is - consideration for others. Life in the hostel will depend on your courtesy and cooperation with the warden, staff, and companions in a friendly and open manner. 

JNCA gymnasium is a proud addition to the facilities we provide in terms of recreation in addition to academics. 

JNCA Bangalore Library is a multimedia information service centre. It has a carefully selected and growing collection of more than 80,000 books and subscriptions to around 154 current periodicals and journals and a variety of non-print information sources. Non-print formats including videos, slides, CD-ROM databases and computer-based technologies are available to provide a wide range of information for library patrons. 

Physical education is an integral part of the curriculum where our students show their excellence as achievers, winners and representatives of throw ball, handball, football, softball, cricket and hockey.

Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bangalore has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

Jyoti Nivas College launches new food court on the campus Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous inaugurated its new canteen on January 31, 2018, in the presence of Honourable Home Minister Shri Ramalinga Reddy and Dr Arathi Krishna, Deputy Chairman, NRI Forum Karnataka. The new facility can house over users and serves a variety of eatables at a very reasonable rate. It also has a mini-mart to respond to the various needs of students. The canteen has already become a hit among the students.

JNCA auditorium is a stately structure which is truly an imaginative blend of aesthetics and convenience with subtle sophistication and modest magnificence.

Alumni reunion is always a reason to rejoice as it gives an opportunity for the students to return to their alma mater and reminiscent their days in the college, meet their teacher, reconnect with friends and appreciate the strides taken by the institution.

To integrate Information System Technology into the present curriculum, the college is one of the first educational institutions to boast its internet connectivity through Cisco Router with 100 MBPS line connecting its students to the world and beyond. The faculty and the students are encouraged and allowed to surf the net free of cost. Moreover, nodes are provided in the library for the students to send and receive E-mail.

Jyoti Nivas College has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

Vijaya Bank has a branch within the campus which offers regular bank services. Business hours: Monday to Saturday : 10: 00 AM to 2:00 PM 2:30 PM to 3:30 PMLunch hour: 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sunday holiday.

The college provides space for parking 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers for students and separate parking spaces for staff members of the college. Since the number of students commuting to college on two-wheelers and four-wheelers has increased, around 1500 sqft. of space has been allotted for parking of the two-wheelers, with good security. Although the students are discouraged from coming by four-wheelers, they too are accommodated within the available space with pass and security restrictions.
