Most the of faculty doesn't even know the subject they are assigned for teaching. The faculty just award some of the average marks to the students irrelevant of the matter for the answer. I only got 2-3 sincere faculty so far.

I am from CSE department. Staff has good knowledge on the subject they teach and many lecturers are having PhD degrees. The HoD keeps the track of every aspect going in the department and they conduct regular meetings with the staff and check the syllabus and performance of students.
