Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences Bhubaneswar has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. Students are also provided training programmes on personality development and communication skills and help them prepare better for the recruitment process. The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
• Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.

• Recruiters will then fix dates with Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences Bhubaneswar to visit the campus to conduct the recruitment process via various steps including a Written Test, Group discussion and Interviews. 

• Students of KIMS Bhubaneswar are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.
