We are unable to find the complete information in your question like from what you are talking about. Still doing BA from a government college is more beneficial to you , you need to pay around 3K to 10K per year and if you choose some other private college then it will cost you high, between 60K to 3 lacks per year according to the facility, prospectus, infrastructure and placement. So it will be more better if you complete your BA program from a government college.
