Now , come to your query see there is no entrance test for this course. Usually the admission is based on merit. We are unable to find the complete information in your question like from what you are talking about. Still doing BA from a government college is more beneficial to you , you need to pay around 3K to 10K per year and if you choose some other private college then it will cost you high, between 60K to 3 lacks per year according to the facility, prospectus, infrastructure and placement. So it will be more better if you complete your BA program from a government college.
