The college has a Medical Facility for all the students.

The Institute has established a spacious library, Information center in the main Block with an area of 5320 Sqft It is divided into different sections like Stack area, Reading room, Reference Section, Digital library, Technical Processing Section, Periodical Section, and Reprographic Section. It is having a collection of more than 3300 titles with 14,700 volumes of books covering all the streams. It is subscribing to more than 43 + National and International Journals and Magazines. It has automated library House Keeping Operations by using SOUL Software. Established a Digital library for E-resources.

The Sports Necessary infrastructure is provided by the physical education department to promote sports and games like shuttle, tennis, football, etc. the campus houses a cricket field, five volleyball courts and two basketball courts, tennis court and tennis court, four table tennis boards and three shuttle courts. The campus also provides a fitness center for boys equipped with treadmills, magnetic bikes, a vibrating massager, and a 40“ thermopile. The girls‘ gymnasiums are equipped with treadmills, magnetic bikes, and vibrating massager. Yoga classes are conducted on the campus for students who choose to learn and practice. Sports at KMET are an integral part of the curriculum for physical fitness, character building, and development of leadership qualities .confirming the reputation as one of the best sporting institutes in the state, KMET offers extensive facilities for sports and games. The institute maintains excellent grounds for cricket, volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis, track and field events. Indoor facilities like caroms, chess, table tennis, badminton, are also maintained. KMET students represent JNTU cricket, volleyball, basketball teams, and athletics. We take great pride in proclaiming that the institute‘s volleyball team has won the JNTU Volleyball, a team that has won the JNTU Volleyball tournament consecutively for three years. KMET has also emerged winners at JNTU zonal level throw ball and basketball.

The Departments of Computer Science and Engineering and Computer Science and Information Technology have different Computer Centers. There is (3) state of the art computer laboratories each having a carpet area of 3900.00 sqft. totaling to 3 x 3900 = 11700.00 sqft. These three labs have been well equipped with (660) latest systems of Intel Core 2 Duo 3.00 GHz processor, DDR3-2 GB RAM, Intel Original Mother Board, 500GB SATA Hard Disk, DVD Writer, inbuilt Graphics and Audio system connected to 17" LCD Monitors. The above (660) systems are on Local Area Network (LAN) and connected to (12) HP Proliant DL380 G6 with Intel Xeon 5500 series processor High-End Servers. All the systems have been connected to 10 Mbps dedicated Internet. In addition to the above, there are (42) laser printers and 10 LCD projectors and (10) Scanners, etc. with the above it has become more obvious that the computer labs of Khader Memorial College of Engineering and Technology are not lesser than the laboratories of any multinational software development companies.

The Society has provided air-conditioned dining halls for the students. The food is cooked using steam cooking technology. The hostel student committees decide the menus at regular intervals. Many fast food hubs are available for the students in addition to the hygiene of the food served to the existing of the food served are regularly monitored by the hostel committee which comprises of all the principals of the colleges in the campus.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The fleet of (9) brand new Buses owned by management are there which are plying between Devarakonda to campus for the facility of all the Hostel Boarders and other students who opt for transportation. 2 more buses are playing one each from Nagarjuna Sagar and Kalwakurthy to campus for the facility of students. 4 more buses are under anvil to meet the future requirement.

The Laboratories are provided. PDC Lab, Chemistry Lab, Control Systems Lab, Embedded Systems Lab, Physics Lab, Electrical Measurements Lab.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
