Kumbi College, Kumbi, is an affiliated college that is based at Bishnupur in Manipur. The college presents a plethora of undergraduate Arts and Science programs alongside Vocational courses. Admission into Kumbi College follows the student-centric merit-based policy designed to accommodate Manipur University's academic calendar.

Application Process

Application to Kumbi College is simple and normally includes the following steps:

Degree wise Admission Process

BA Programs:

Kumbi College provides a number of BA (Bachelor of Arts) courses with honors in different subjects. They are Education, Economics, Political Science, History, Manipuri, Mathematics, and English. Admission to BA courses is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the 10+2 examination. Each course has an approved strength of 60 students, except for BA Mathematics (Hons), which has an intake of 50 students.

B.Sc Programs:

The college offers B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) honors programs in Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Zoology, Statistics, Home Science, and Anthropology. Admission is also based on merit on 10+2 results. Approved intake differs: 50 students for each of Botany, Mathematics, Zoology, and Statistics; 30 students for each of Chemistry, Physics, Home Science, and Anthropology.

B.Voc Programs:

Kumbi College provides B.Voc (Bachelor of Vocational) courses in Food Processing Technology, Agriculture, Information Technology, and Information Technology Enabled Services. All these courses are specifically designed according to the industry needs in the region. Admission to B.Voc courses follows the same merit-based process as other undergraduate programs.
