Liberal College, Imphal Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has its own 50 bedded pucca girls’ hostel equipped with hygienic and health care facilities. Priority accommodation will be given to the students coming from far-off districts/states. A 200 bedded SC/ST/OBC Girls’ Hostel is also started functioning after the inauguration by Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India during the month of April 2018. The girls’ hostel is equipped with modern hygienic wash rooms/toilets. The hostel has basketball as well as volleyball court separately inside the hostel boundary itself.

The College has a well-stocked and academic Library building that can provide a lot of Text Books/References/Additional and Special resource materials/documents for the students/teachers of different faculties/classes in accordance with different academic disciplines. The Library always provides different types of newspapers, bulletins, periodicals, magazines, journals, and a number of resource materials for information technology in order to provide upliftment and improvement to the academic career of every student of the College. The Library also provides a well-organized and systematic form of Reading Rooms, Urinal/Lavatory facilities for both students and employees of the College. The Library of the College always supplies all the important books and other resource materials prescribed by Manipur University and Teachers of the College from time to time. The Library has the scope and planning of maintaining all the infrastructure of modern information technology including e-resources, Computers, Television, and other audio-visual aids facilities at present.

The College has a well-constructed playground inside the campus where different types of outdoor games such as Football, Hockey, Cricket, and Athletic events can be exhibited/organized with all modern sports facilities. An inter-house Games and Sports Meet is held annually for every academic session. The College organizes different tournaments of cricket, football, etc. in order to select competent players for participating in the inter-college sports' Championship and Tournament. The College has already contributed/gained produced a number of excellent sportspersons in different fields of Games and Sports who can enlighten the glory and fame of the college in the State-Level and National-Level Sports' Meets. The college has its own Indoor Stadium and Multipurpose hall. The College has also organized the first co-operation and guidance of the All Manipur Football Association (AMFA). Now, it has been converted into (late) N. Surendra Men's Best Physique since 2009-10. The Manipur University is organizing this sport annually.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a canteen it's own for the interest and welfare of the students and employees of the college. The Canteen provides a number of common edible food materials such as tea, milk, sweets, cold drinks, etc. at the minimum prices as far as possible.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. The college has a multipurpose hall that serves as the auditorium.

The college provides a Wi-Fi connection in the library.

The college has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
