No , mostly in Government Medical Colleges  there is no bond amount structure for leaving mbbs course in mid session like UP Medical colleges (eg.LLRM) ..etc

But, there is a leaving bond amount condition in private Medical College which is need to be paid a specific amount when you are leaving that course like in Maharashtra (10 lakh), MP ( 5 lakh)....

No it is not necessary to stay in hostel then you can stay where ever you want. There is no necessity that you should live in college hostel or any hostel. You can stay at any place where you feel comfortable.  I would suggest you to stay near the college so that you can spend more time studying rather than spending it on travelling.

In neet 2019 , 599 marks was required for general category for getting a seat in LLRM i.e Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut under UP state quota

But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
