Degree wise Admission Process
BA: Seats approved for the BA program at MODC are 180. Admissions are provided on a merit basis with considering the marks secured in the qualifying examination (10+2) exams.
BBA: With an intake of 120, the Bachelor of Business Administration program considers admission on merit based on the candidate's performance in the 10+2 examination.
BCA: The Bachelor of Computer Applications program admits 120 candidates on the grounds of merit, with consideration to marks secured in the 10+2 examinations.
B.Com: The B.Com program at MODC includes B.Com (General) and B.Com with Computer Applications, with each program offering 120 places, with merit system following for admission.
B.Sc Non-Medical: An approved intake of 120 seats is maintained for this program. Admission is granted based on merit among candidates who qualify for the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
B.Ed: The Bachelor of Education program with an intake capacity of 100 in the MODC is more rigorous. Admission to B.Ed is highly structured and completely based upon the state government policy and the university. Candidates are selected on the basis of the performance in qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
MBA: For the MBA program, the college has an intake of 60. While specific details are lacking, it appears that the admissions are likely to apply some form of merit considered upon graduation scores and, perhaps, another entrance examination.
MA Programs: The MA programs in English, History, Hindi, and Political Science will admit 40 candidates each on the basis of merit determined by performance on the bachelor's degree.
