EAPCET is a state level exam of the state Andhra Pradesh and conducted on behalf of APSCHE for admission in Engineering,Agriculture,Pharmacy, common entrance test .The best rank for reputed private Engineering college admission like MIT.Manipal Institute of Technology is 25,000-35,000.As you have got 40,000 rank in EaPCEt exam so there is a less chance for you to take admission in MIT in 2nd round Counselling. It may be happened in the 3rd round of counselling or in the mop up round if any.

with the above mentioned rank in AP EAMCET, and according to the previous year AP EAMCET cutoff for MITS madhanapalli, your friend have decent chances of getting the seat. The previous year closing cutoff rank for CSE branch in MITS Madhanapalli was around 38366 and for other EEE it was around 57K, so she stand higher chances of getting pother branches than CSE, like EEE or ECE, etc.

Madhav Institute of Technology and Science is a semi Government Engineering College in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The admission into the BTech courses at the college is done based upon the performance of candidate in the JEE main examination through a counselling procedure. Candidates have to register themselves for the counselling process on the official website of DTE, Govt of Madhya Pradesh and appear for the counselling.  So you cannot take admission directly based upon the performance in intermediate level examination.
