Hi Dharini,
Till now, there is no lateral entry option to get into a mbbs course.
So, if you wish to pursue mbbs/bds courses you still have to qualify neet entrance exam with good marks and ranks.
However, the NEP is planning to make a 2year foundation course for nursing and dentistry students to give them a direct/lateral entry in mbbs for rest of 2 years duration;(only nursing and dentistry students).
But , right now this rule is not passed and accepted as it is highly oppsed by mbbs students nationwide.
So, ultimately right now you cannot get any kind of lateral entry into mbbs course on the basis of your b.pharma degree.
The only way to get a seat for mbbs in any medical college of India is to clear the neet entrance.
Good luck.
Hello
Admission process, eligibility criteria, and the cutoff vary from college to college. Kindly mention that you are seeking admission in which college? Also, if wish to know about Madras Medical College, it does not offer Pharm D. course.
Good Luck!
Infrastructure was very good in terms of clinical resources and patient inflow.Hostel was not upto the mark in the first year which was later rectified when a new hostel building was opened..College and library had everything we could ask for
The college infrastructure is not upto the mark and it doesn’t have proper campus. The college in general is clean and have decent hygienic conditions. The classrooms are very congested for a strength of 250 students.
