Dont have a lot to say just that the building looks a bit old and seats and the desks can be improved air ventilation and air conditioner are present in every class new projectors are required by the college
Mostly the faculties are good but some are good but they also need to improve their part on focusing on the students as they try to focus on the students present in the class but not on the students not present. I think college life is about improving the personality which we do by bunking classes going out.
Have never been to the placement cell. But i think the placement cell is good as per their placement boards and the things written on their websites. Had a talk with the seniors as well they also said the placeme Is average.
The fee is around 1.5l per annum so according it is good
Big campus. Can spend time bunking the classes
it’s overall infrastructure is good and facilities are available but there is no wi-fi availability for students but the classes are spacious and there is availability of projectors for classes and have halls for combined lectures
i am studying bba because of expanding my family business and thinking of doing mba in future and the curriculum is updated by the college and u think it give me the knowledge i need to know for expanding my business
placement cell of college is not that good because of the average package given by the company’s to the students and i think it can improve in the future and more companies can approach and students can get better placement
as the course cost per year around 1.15 lakhs and it’s is somewhat value for money as the campus is really spacious and good and faculty is also very good and cooperative
campus is very good and spacious and have good canteens and hostels for boys but it’s locality is not good and there are many clubs you can join and explore or hone your skills
My college infrastructure is outstanding and there are more facilities is given to the students. College have all necessary infrastructure and facilities and equipment. The classroom is also very good and fully furnished with air conditioner .
The academic facilities is the best and the teacher which they recuirt is the best and have the experience of lot the knowledge which they give to there students and tell the future goals of the students.
The placement facilities is at the top of the table of this college and they bring the best of the companies in the campus for the better development of the students. Best College for internship and placement.
The infrastructure is huge and the campus is beautiful. It has a huge library, big classrooms with smart board facility, big grounds and No hostel facility. No WIFI facility. It has a clean surroundings and reasonable with canteen hygienic food.
I am currently pursuing B.Com honours because I want to make my career in taxation and auditing field. The quality of teaching is great and teachers are experienced. The curriculum is up to date with recent developments and provides placement assistance, internship opportunities and practical experience to help make students job-ready.
Around 40% of the batch gets placed with an average package of 3 LPA and highest package of 6 lakh per annum for my course. The college helped students provide placement assistance and internship opportunities to students.
It costed me around 1,50,000 per year, which is a bit on the higher side . The money spent is worth it because of it's great campus, experienced teaching faculty, clean classrooms and active college societies. It has supportive peers and seniors.
The best part about this college is it's campus life and the kind of environment this college has. It has high fees , classes are not regular and sometimes cancelled at the last moment. It has huge campus, beautiful infrastructure and great teachers. It is located in an isolated place and doesn't have many places for students to visit around.
It has been the best months of my life that i have spent here. I have met many new people, visited new places and had variety of experience. I got out of my comfort zone and participated in different competitions and societies.
The college basically has all the necessary facilities and equipments like library, a big ground and hostel. But currently only boys hostel is there but the girls hostel is being constructed and should be done in some time.
The academics is average. The syllabus followed is the latest syllabus that the ip University is following. The quality of teaching is average as in other colleges including both teachers that are good at teaching and others who are not very good at it.
The placement for the various programs like bba, bcom honours, eco honours, bjmc, etc are average considering the placements offered by the other colleges. The average placement is around 2-3 lpa but the number of students placed is very less compared to the batch strength.
The value for money is average neither very good nor very bad. Considering that the fees is around 3 lakhs for the entire program whether it is bba, bcom, eco, etc and if a student is willing to work hard he/she can get many opportunities.
The campus life is average as well considering that the college has the largest campus out of all the colleges under the ip University but the location of the campus is not very good as it is on the outskirts of rohini and in a not so good area and it is also very far from the nearest metro station.
The college is a decent college for people who are not able to get good colleges in du but for people who are having a chance to go to Delhi University then it is not recommended for them to go to this college.
Its a well maintained college with all of the required facilities. The classsrooms have recently installed ac's and has smart boards as well. The campus is the biggest in IPU and very spacious. There are 3 mini canteens and 1 full sized one for the students.
The faculty of BBA is nice and cooperative. There is not any internal choice of subjects like there is in DU but nonetheless the academic portion is good. The exams do tend to get a little delayed tho.
Im currently in the second year so cant speak much about this but my seniors have gotten decent placements. one of the highest was around 12-13 LPA and the average is around 4 LPA.The placements mainly depend on the skill level of the student.
Its worth it for the money being paid. The fee is around 85k per Year.
The crowd of the college is fabulous and much much better than other IPU colleges. The societies are very active and go for many events. There are many small fests and it is a fun environment to be at.
Great experience so far at the college
Yes, my college is one of the best colleges in Delhi and the infrastructure of the college is quite up to the mark. The facilities are really good but lacks in some areas such as having only two elevators. Overall, the college has a pretty good environment and anyone would a college like ours.
The quality of teaching in the institute is pretty decent and the teachers are quite humble and supportive. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. The college's internships and the teachers makes a student job ready too.
The quality of the college has always been awesome and i hope that at graduation i get a real placement. The highest salary package for bcom hons has been 6 to 7 lakhs per annum. The average salary offered to a graduate is 3 to 4 lakhs per annum.
My course(bcom hons) cost a lakh per year and is a bit high. It truly depends on the student particularly if he or she makes the money worth or not as good marks and a number of internships in the whole course would get you a pretty good placement.
I feel that my college's campus is one of the best campus as there are a lot of places where you can roam around freely and have fun with your friends. The location of the college is one the biggest demerits as it is located in Rohini.
I would suggest a student to come to our college as it is top ranked in the whole Indraprastha University.
Spacious classrooms, libraries, sports centre with all the necessary facilities and equipments. One drawback of our library is that it only contains books related to curriculum. Also, the water from the cooler is not clean alot of the times.
Currently enrolled in my 2nd year of BA LLB and the institute has the best academicians for law department by far. Teachers show their actual intrest in teaching and actively participate and work for the betterment of the students
The college has tied up with numerous teir 1 and 2 law firms and generally, there is a high percentage of students are who are placed via campus. The highest salary package is for the students from btech.
As per the fees we're paying, we would expect a little more liberty and opportunities such filed trips, PSDA Activities etc. A lot of the positive changes can be made around campus like creating internship opportunities, field trips, personality development activities, etc
The campus is great but can be a little underwhelming after some time. It needs maintenance which is clearly not a priority of the college. The teachers and faculty in general is quite helpful when they are asked for help. One issue is that the nearest metro station, i.e. rithala is 6 km away.
Overall the experience has been great, but more personality and skill development activities can be added in the curriculum.
The infrastructure in our college is the best when compared with other GGSIPU colleges. Our campus consists of three to four canteens, and they are well maintained. The food served here is also delicious.
Teachers are very knowledgeable and very humble. They explain us till we are convinced about the topic. Every chapter is taught carefully and educational trips are organised. Semester exams are mmoderate.
Placements offered in our college are not up to the mark. Companies visit here mostly offer sales jobs with low salary packages as compared with the students' potential however there are opportunities further.
I paid around Rs 80,000 or 88,000 per year. Yeah i think it was worth it but if I compare it with the placement being offered, it was not value for money. It also lacks in giving practical projects and research projects.
Campus life is pretty good. There are many societies that keeps students engaged in activities throughout their college life perhaps, there is strictness for assignments and attendance in the college.
Good college, nice campus life.
Speaking of infrastructure ,,Of course our college stands at the top of IP Colleges, Infrastructure design of our college is well sophisticated and fascinated. There are 12 canteens , 19 buildings and a seperate hospital. Every classroom of our college is fully air-conditioned and sofa seats are there. If anyone would think of admission there that will be sense of accomplishment for that individual,
Study is the best tool To make your dreams come true This sentence Has been taught To me by my parents , And maharaja agrasen is managing their way of teaching so well Just because of Their Well qualified teachers as their way of explanation is the best
There is no mistake if I say That Maharaja Agrasen is holding the best reputation among all IP colleges, obviously they provide best placements to their students as many of the repetitive companies pick up Valuable and serious candidates for their companies every year
It is a matter of fact that our college is value for money and the main Reason of this is our well trained staff,If we compare it with other private colleges,,It’s still stands at the top because of their facilities ..Also if we compare fees of other private colleges and IP colleges It’s almost half so I can surely say it is value for money.
There is no doubt in it that campus life of our university is best. Talking about college life,If you only want to get admission in this college first of all you have to do hard work,A plenty of hard work I mean As admission in our campus it’s so difficult because of abundant competition , But surely if you do hard work and become part of it your heart will feel sense of relief due to marvellous college life. As mentioning about infrastructure it’s magnificent.
I wouldn’t be so sure that Anyone wants to add any sort of additions,as my college is already perfect.. Any expect If we say is perfect our college is having 12 canteens 19 buildings and huge investment for medical department ..
With a rank of 752 in the IPU CET for the BA (Hons.) Economics program, your prospects of securing admission to Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies (MAIMS) are promising. In the previous year, the cut-off ranks for MAIMS in the BA (Hons.) Economics program were as follows:
Round 1: 263
Round 3: 509
Given that your rank of 752 is within this range, you have a strong chance of obtaining a seat in the program.
Next Steps:
1. Official Notifications: Regularly monitor the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) for updates on counseling schedules and seat allotment.
2. Counseling Participation: Engage in the counseling process as per the guidelines provided by GGSIPU.
3. Document Verification: Ensure all necessary documents are ready for verification during the counseling process.
By following these steps, you can enhance your chances of securing admission to MAIMS for the BA (Hons.) Economics program.
Securing a seat in MAIMS or VIPS through the second spot round of IPU B.Com (H) admissions with a rank of 3190 is highly unlikely.
These colleges are among the most sought-after in IPU, and competition for seats, especially in the spot round, is intense. Candidates with significantly higher ranks usually secure seats in these institutions.
However, it's advisable to participate in the spot round counseling. There's always a possibility of unexpected seat availability due to various reasons.
If you don't secure a seat in MAIMS or VIPS, explore other good colleges within IPU. There are several reputable colleges offering B.Com (H) programs that can provide quality education.
Focus on your preferences and priorities while selecting a college. Consider factors like location, infrastructure, faculty, and placement records.
Securing a seat in MAIMS or VIPS through the second spot round with a rank of 3190, being from outside Delhi, is challenging but not impossible.
Factors influencing your chances:
To increase your chances:
Remember, the spot round is highly competitive, and securing a seat in a top college like MAIMS or VIPS might be difficult. Be prepared for alternative options.
