UPES B.Tech Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked #42 among Engineering colleges in India by NIRF | Highest CTC 50 LPA , 100% Placements
Hello Mohammed
MSIT is better than both of them and Techno India Salt lake is a lot better than Techno Newtown as Salt lake one is old and many students have passed from it and it has a very good placement many companies come there as compared to Newtown one because Newtown is new if you have good marks then the placement faculty in Newtown can help you apply for placements from saltlake too as they are all owned by techno india group and for branch it really depends on you i will suggest you to choose a branch which you like and then work hard and study it you will get better placement automatically and all 3 colleges are owned by Techno India group so if you do good in your branch then the management will help you sit where the best placements happen as they are all owned by same group and if you don't score good then whatever branch the only place you will get placement is TCS so choose a branch which you like then go for either one of them and work hard in that chosen branch
hope this helps you
Hi aspirant,
Based on your rank in IPU CET BBA, chances of admission at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), Delhi seems tough for both BBA and BBA 2nd shift.
However, you have a good chance of admission at Jagannath Institute of Management, New Delhi, Maharaj Agrasen Institute for Management Studies, Delhi etc. and many other colleges. To find out more about your chances of admission through IPU CET BBA, check out this college predictor in the link below:

Hello Tripathi!
According to college reviews and rankings, BVP is a better choice than MSIT.
The campus life in BVP is really good with a lot of facilities and comforts too. The college is situated in a easy-to-go place and accessible to transportation. There are many food joints around and you can easily get all the essentials around. The faculty are good and supportive and the academic curriculum is by far better than MSIT. If you are not a localite to Pune then hostel life can be a joyful experience too, with good security as well.
Coming to placements, the placement record is around 80% to 85% on average for CSE. The maximum package offered since 2011 is 20LPA and the median package is around 4LPA.
Having mentioned the perks, I would say BVP is a better choice than MSIT.
Hello
vijaysehgal22
, The order in which they all three are good are:
But BVP and MAIT have the same ranking and that companies visit BVP campus even before MAIT, so BVP is better in that way. Not saying that MSIT is below in any regard, but MAIT and BVP are more preferred options.
Hope it will be helpful for you :)
Hello dear
CSE USCIT is far better than MSIT in IP University. I would advise you to go for it.
Good luck.
Hello K S Tripathi , MSIT has a very active student community for IEEE and coding enthusiasts. MAIT too is rising up the ranks and thereby both the institutes provide an opportunity to hone skills. Students with above average coding/technical knowledge usually get placed very easily in both the colleges.
So, Both are good choose on the basis of other environment and place.
Hope it will be helpful for you :)
Hello aspirant,
The Maharaja Surajmal institute of Technology situated at Janakpuri in Delhi does not provide any diploma courses. The institute only provides B.Tech courses in Computer science engineering, ETC engineering, IT engineering and Electrical engineering. The admission in this college is done through the entrance exam called JEE Mains.
Good luck and stay safe!
Hello there,
If you are looking form placement point of view then MSIT CSE will be better than GB Pant Government College. And also MSIT is in better location than GB Pant. In MIST infrastructure, faculty are also better. If you see the ranking of both the colleges then MSIT is above GB Pant.
GB Pant is good for Mechanical branch , so if you choose CSE branch then go with MSIT.
Good luck!!
Hey Abdul
I will brief both of these institutes for you so that you can choose the better one yourself.
MSIT Aurangabad- It has been ranked 87 for private engineering by Outlook 2019. The total fees is around 4 lakh for BTech in CSE (more or less) and the expected salary (average) in return is 3.5 lakh per annum. According to the students studying here the placement facility is not great and some students had to look for jobs on their own. Around 40% students get placed while almost all of them are given internship opportunities. If you are looking for campus drives and campus placements then maybe this college is not the one for you.
GB Pant- The BTech in CSE fees is around 1.7 lakh in total (more or less) with highest package being offered being 13 lakh per annum and ab=n average of 3.5 lakh per annum. Around 70% of the students get placed from CSE in companies like Infosys, Unthinkable, Amazon (non tech), Wipro, Paytm, Abode, Capgemini, HCL, and Tech Mahindra, etc .
As far as the faculty and infrastructure is concerned, it is good in both the colleges however GB Pant takes the lead in the curriculum as it is affiliated to GGSIPU so the same course curriculum is followed.
The residential facilities are comfortable and secure, providing students with a home away from home. Dormitories are equipped with amenities such as study lounges, laundry facilities, and recreational areas, fostering a supportive living environment conducive to academic success.
MSIT is under IP University and another renowned college after MAIT. Campus is not so big still not bad. Transport and food is easily available. Canteen offering good quality of food. Classroom, offices and Library is average.
According to me, it is a modern campus with all the necessary facilities. Students have access to updated classrooms, computer labs, and a library full of resources. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled which is not available most of the time. There are also medical services available for emergencies, offcourse it is important. The college has sports area. A new building is being constructed to make the campus even better.
