One of the premier institutions, Mahatma Gandhi Ayurved College Hospital and Research Centre, Wardha, was started in the year 2007 to meet the growing demands in the field of Ayurveda education and research. The said college is situated at Salod Hirapur, Wardha, Maharashtra, in a sprawling 19-acre campus. The institution MGACHRC has been approved by CCIM and offers 24 different courses in 4 varied undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs. This faculty with the strength of 66 helps the college to provide overall education in the field of Ayurveda. The co-educational institute is well-known, and it provides specializations in the various branches of Ayurvedic medicine.

MGACHRC has a whole array of modern facilities backing its academic and research activities. The college library is a powerhouse of knowledge with more than 18,129 books; among them, there are 11,187 textbooks and 6,942 reference books. There are also 57 national and international journals subscribed to by the students. Students are provided with e-resources—there are 105 e-books and 33 e-journals. Besides, there are separate well-furnished boys' and girls' hostels within the campus that provide comfortable accommodation to students. Physical fitness is encouraged through a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool. The institution has a fully-fledged state-of-the-art IT infrastructure with campus-wide Wi-Fi connectivity. 

One unique feature about MGACHRC is the only-of-its-kind Communication Attitude and Behavioral Skill Lab that trains students with the required soft skills. Courses offered include undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs related to Ayurvedic Medicine. This includes the prestigious undergraduate course in BAMS with an annual intake of 60 students. At the postgraduate level, MGACHRC offers different MD and MS courses with 4 to 6 seats. The college also provides Ph.D. programs in several specializations of Ayurveda. The courses are full time and are oriented toward practical clinical experience together with theoretical knowledge. The course structure is very diverse and caters to the many aspects of Ayurvedic medicine, from the basic principles of Ayurveda to specialized therapeutic methodologies.

The Admission procedure in the institution is purely Merit-Based. The admissions to the BAMS course are taken according to the rank in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). At the postgraduate level, performance in All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET)is used for admission. Our college consists of LRM based learning i.e there are projector alloted to every year and with the help of ppt teachers go ahead for the syllabus. Building is also good . Hospital is also good in case of maintaining hygiene and all.
