Mahatma Gandhi College, Iritty Admission Process

Mahatma Gandhi College (MGC), Iritty is an affiliated institution in the Kannur District, Kerala. Mahatma Gandhi College provides diverse undergraduate and postgraduate courses covering various fields of study. A merit-based procedure is adopted at MGC to admit students in all courses depending on their respective performance in selection examinations.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Com: The B.Com course at MGC has an intake capacity of 60 seats. Candidates are admitted based on the merit list drawn up from the marks scored in the qualifying exam (10+2 or equivalent). The overall course fee for the course is Rs 5,410.

BBA: Bachelor of Business Administration program has 25 seats available. Admission is done on a merit basis on the basis of marks obtained in the 12th standard or equivalent exam. The fee for the program is Rs 5,410.

B.Sc Computer Science: 24 seats are available in this program. Admission is given as per the merit list drawn based on the score of the qualifying examination. The course fee for this is Rs 8,670.

B.Sc Physics: There are 32 seats available for the B.Sc Physics program. The admission is done through the merit list derived from marks obtained in the entrance examination.

B.Sc Mathematics: Admission for the B.Sc Mathematics program is also through the merit list created using the qualifying examination scores.

M.Com Finance: There are 20 seats for postgraduate level Commerce (Finance) course. Admission is through a merit-based selection process depending upon the marks of the relative undergraduate degree. Fee for this course is Rs 5,260.

M.Sc Mathematics: Similarly, there is a postgraduate course under the merit-based admissions process relying upon the score of the respective undergraduate degree. Total fee of the course is Rs 5,260.
