Admission to Engineering courses in Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad is based on merit in TS EAMCET. It is a state level entrance examination for admission in Colleges situated in Telangana. AP EAPCET is a state level Entrance Examination for admission in college situated in Andhra Pradesh. You cannot get admission in MGIT based on AP EAPCET score. You need to appear for TS EAMCET and qualify in it in order to get admission.
MGIT Hyderabad - Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology is a affiliated college of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad . In 2020 the cut off was as follows for admission to Computer Science Engineering though TS ECET in Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad
As you haven't mentioned your category we assume that you belong to general category, considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in CSE in MGIT, Hyderabad. The cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

MGIT Hydrabad provides hostel facilities to students , both boys and girls. And the facilities included are wifi, cleaning and hygiene, mess food, gym facilities and sports ground. Fee for campus hostel costs upto 60,000 INR. Candidates can pay the fee in two-three installments. However, if the college re-opens for freshers then campus hostel facility will also be provided. To know more, you must contact the administration of your college/hostel.

I would personally recommend you to go with CVR civil Engineering because as compared to other colleges civil still is better here.
To be honest civil engineering in private colleges is not something to opt for but among these colleges CVR is best.

According to the Academic Calendar in the official website for B.Tech First and second semester the first mid term examination will be conducted from January 25, 2021- January 30, 2021 for B. Tech first semester. The duration is one week.

As of now there has been no discussion on the date for reopening of the college for B.Tech first year students but the online classes in Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology for B.Tech first year has started from December 2, 2020. This college offers superb infrastructure with modern buildings and advanced amenities. The classrooms are equipped with the latest tech, and the library provides extensive resources. The sports facilities are top class offering various options for physical activities
Wi-Fi is provided in library and the department has two well equipped labs. The hostel is 2 km away from the college, and the food is not that good. The sports room is available after 3 p.m. every day and has indoor games, The college has a medical room with beds and emergency medicine.
College is covered in 258 acers. It is a very peaceful campus. All the infrastructure is there. When I was studying there is no wifi facility. Now it is provided. Cleanliness is maintained in the campus.
