Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir's Arts, Science and Commerce College was established in the year 1969 at Manmad. It is one of the affiliated colleges and constituents of Nashik, Maharashtra. Its accrediting agency is the NAAC. Total of 18 courses are available under 9 different degrees. The college is situated on a 4.3-acre campus. The total enrolment number of the college is 1,350 students with 46 members as faculty strength. The gender ratio maintained by the institution is balanced with 605 males and 637 females.

The under graduate includes all conventional courses like BA, B.Com, B.Sc, and also includes some vocational courses, like B.Voc in the field of Electronics, Information Technology, and Accounting and Taxation. The college offers graduate courses such as MA in Marathi, Hindi, Economics, English, Advanced Cost Accounting and Cost Systems, and Ph.D. in Marathi and Economics mainly for research-oriented students. In addition, the college also provides diploma courses in Banking and Financial Services, Food Processing, and English for Business and Competitive Examinations with an aim to upgrade the skill level of its students towards better employability. 

The admission procedure at Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir's Arts, Science and Commerce College is strictly merit-based, mainly on the basis of performance by an applicant in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination. The college conducts the Admission Procedure as per the rules and regulations framed by Savitribai Phule Pune University, the Government of Maharashtra, and the college management. Undergraduate courses are offered according to the merit list obtained from the scores of the HSC examination.
